"Clearly, Georgia is being killed ...We're on our knees right now."

Edward Kubo Jr.
US Attorney, State of Georgia

Age: 21
Gender: Female
Location: Georgia

I started meth when I was 13 years old. It ruined my life. I went from a sweet, young, innocent girl, to a girl who stole from her family, was in trouble with the law, got raped, kicked out of school, and even sold my body because I would do anything for that next high. My life fell apart, and fast. I didn't see it until I got arrested for trafficking, and had 2 of my close friends died. I have now been clean for 2 years as of August 9th, 2009. I am back with my family, have a good job, and am no longer feinding for that fix. I still think about it till this day, dream about it, and miss it. I don't know if those feelings will ever go away. I am now 21 years old and can say getting clean was the best thing I have ever done. Please if you are reading this, DON'T TRY METH! It may seem like a good idea at the time, but trust me, it's not worth the consequences. You will end up with your life destroyed, in jail, or even worse, dead.
